Higuain on the brink of joining Chelsea

The player was left behind and out of the squad that would take on Genoa. This could mean that his transfer to Chelsea is nearer than some would think.

Earlier, Gattuso had said he will always have the player on his squad if he continues with the same zeal and commitment. His omission from this game could therefore prove that the player is on Just way to joining the West London side after all.
Higuain played for Maurizio Sarri while they both were out Napoli. It was the Italian that got the best out of the players as Higuain went on to score 36 goals, breaking the record once held for the number of goals scored in a season in the Italian Series A.
