Barca are planning to offer coutinho to PSG in their quest to resign Neymar back to the club.
Barca are said to be keen to bring Neymar back to the club as both coutinho and dembele have failed to filled the void left by the Brazilian.
Coutinho has struggled to live up to expectations this summer and Barca are prepared to offload him as part of the deal that will bring Neymar back to the club.
