Final match of the English premeirship

Today is the final fixture for the English premeirship and a lot is gonna be at stake. The Tittle is yet to be won and the spots for the teams going to the champions league is yet to be completely filled.
battle for the crown
Liverpool and mancity will be playing a game of their lives today so as to be crowned champions. Man city will be looking to win it for the fourth time in their history while Liverpool will be looking to win their first premeirship tittle.. It goes down the wire and to the last match of the season.
How Liverpool can be crowned champions:
If man city lost and they win, they will be crowned champions
If man city drew and they win, they will be crown champions.
Any other result from this, Liverpool won't get to lift the Tittle
On the other hand, man city fate is in their own hands, they only need to win their last match to be crowned champions regardless of the result elsewhere.
Battle for the champions league qualification
Chelsea have qualified for the champions league already, so the battle will be between Tottenham and Arsenal.. Tottenham occupied the fourth position and all they need is a win or a draw regardless of the results of other teams
For Arsenal, they need to win by four goals and hope Tottenham lost.. All other outcomes won't see them make the top four
