Yesterday Argentine comfortably beat Iraq 4-0 in an international friendly. Argentina have been without their captain Lionel Messi after the Barcelona man insisted to remain with his club rather than join his club. The five time Ballon D'Or winner has opted to give himself more rest after a hectic run from last season into the world cup and now into a new season. The quest for a Champions league trophy by Barcelona is now a prime pursuit for the Argentine.

Argentine has won all their matches so far despite the absence of the diminutive forward. Argentina are under new management in Lionel Scaloni. The coached featured younger players like Romero and Ramiro. Juventus forward Paulo Dybala was the only most player that was featured in the match.

The first goal was scored by Inter Milans player Lautaro Martinez through a header in the eighteenth minute. The second was scored by Roberto Pereyra; the third came in from Pezzella who also score from a header.
