Barcelona has made their third bid In signing the Chelsea star William this summer. Barcelona made their €50M first bid of signing William this summer, which was turned down by the blues.

Barcelona made their third bid worth €55M for the Brazil star this summer, which was also turn down. Chelsea is looking for €70M for their player this summer. Chelsea will only sell William for a deal worth €70M this year.

William who was also linked to Manchester United this summer but the United are not able to make a bid for the 30 year old player.

Barcelona might make another bid to signed William again which will worth €60M for the Brazil international this summer .
