Can we get a New World Champion?

Among the four Semifinalists Croatia and Belgium are the team that haven't won FIFA World Cup yet. They are going to face England and France respectively.
If Belgium beats France and Croatia beats England then we will get a new World Cup champion for sure. Even if one team from Croatia and Belgium advance to final then we may got a new champions.
