The transfer window is here already and clubs are already planning their next target this summer.

Report ongoing is that Barca are considering bringing back Neymar from PSG this summer and will add Ousama dembele as part of the deal to convince PSG to sell .

Neymar who left Barca for PSG two seasons ago has been heavily link with a return back to his former club.

Barca will try to tempt PSG if they will allow the Brazilian return back to his former club as they want to strengthen their squad after a poor season.
