ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ဟာ ေကာင္းတာေတြလုပ္ေဆာင္ဖို ့
ဒီကမ႓ာၾကီးထဲမွာ ေမြးဖြါးလာတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္၊
လူပ်င္းဘဝနဲ႔ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ေန႔ရက္ေတြကို ကုန္ဆံုးေစျပီး
လူ ့အဖြဲ ႔အစည္းအတြက္ ဝန္ထုပ္ဝန္ပိုးျဖစ္ေစဖို ့မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။
ကုသိုလ္ေကာင္းမႈႏွင့္ ဉာဏ္ပညာကို တိုးျမွင့္လုပ္ေဆာင္ဖို႔
အျမဲ ေတြးေတာေနပါ။ အေတြးေနာက္ကို ေကာင္းတဲ့လုပ္ရပ္ေတြ
အလိုအလို လိုက္လာပါလိမ့္မယ္။
အဲလိုမွ မဟုတ္ရင္ ကုသိုလ္၊ပညာကေနရရွိမယ့္
အခြင့္ေကာင္းေတြ လြဲေခ်ာ္သြားပါမယ္။

We are born into this world to do some good,
not to pass our days in idleness and become a burden to society.
Always think of rising higher in goodness and wisdom.
Good deeds automatically will follow after your thoughts.
Otherwise we will miss the privileges attained
through the merits and knowledge.

လူ႔ယဥ္ေက်းမႈဆိုတဲ့ သစ္ပင္ႀကီးဟာ
ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ အမ်ားစု သေဘာမေပါက္တဲ့
စိတ္ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာ တန္ဖိုးေတြမွာ
နက္နက္႐ိႈင္း႐ိႈင္း အျမစ္တြယ္ေနတာပါ။
ဒီအျမစ္ေတြမရွိရင္ သစ္႐ြက္ေတြ ၫိႈးေျခာက္ၿပီး
အသက္မဲ့တဲ့ သစ္ငုတ္တိုအျဖစ္ပဲ က်န္ေနမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႔ဟာ အျခားသူေတြကို ေကာင္းက်ိဳးျပဳရင္း၊
ကိုယ္က်င့္သိကၡာကို ျပဳစုပ်ိဳးေထာင္ရင္း၊ စိတ္ကို ေလ့က်င့္ေပးရင္း၊
ယဥ္ေက်းတဲ့ လူသားေတြအျဖစ္ ကမ႓ာႀကီးထဲက
အျခားသူေတြနဲ႔ ညီညီၫြတ္ၫြတ္ ေအးေအးခ်မ္းခ်မ္း ေနထိုင္ကာ
ပိုမို တန္ဖိုးရွိတဲ့ ရည္မွန္းခ်က္အတြက္
ဒီဘဝကို အသံုးျပဳရပါမယ္။

The tree of civilization has its roots deep
in spiritual values which most of us have not realised.
Without these roots the leaves would have withered
and left the tree a lifeless stump.
But we must make use of this life for a better purpose
by being of service to others, by cultivating morality,
by training the mind and living as cultured people
in peace​ and harmony with the rest of the world.
