What you do for fun

People do so many things for fun, which could be sports, arts, games, singing/ dancing etc. All these are what helps to keep the body and soul together, to help you think straight and some of these could serve as a means of exercise.

I for one love sports alot and to be specific, football is my world. Just for example the sweet strong feeling I had last night during the UEFA Champions League semifinals first leg match between Liverpool and AS Roma was so Awesome, very beautiful.

What you do during your leisure time is very important, indulging in sports and games etc helps you relax your mind and calm your nerves. It increases your heart rate which enables to heart to pump blood faster round through your whole body making you very active and agile to face what every work you need to do.

Just take for an instance, after having a great weekend filled with fun, plays and jokes etc. You enter the new week very strong and fresh, ready to take on anything the jobs hit you.

Individuals who do marathon are one of the most mentally stable and has high endurance capacity with massing strength. All these just to mention but a few.

I advice everyone to look for what to keep him or herself busy during leisure. Always take part in sports, games etc.... It can help you live longer and healthier.
