We all have strengths and weaknesses. Strengths and weaknesses generally refer to a person's character. Often a strength can be a weakness, and vice versa, a weakness can be a strength. If you judge others based on your strengths, you may not snap their real personality. Everyone has a signature strength and that's what proves who they really are.
“Signature strengths” means those character strengths that are most important to who we are. Example includes Wisdom, Humanity, Creativity, Bravery, Courage, Fairness, Transcendence, etc.
