Brain foods,interesting, looking at the list I'll say proteinous foods help improve the brain. I'm going to be eating a lot of them so I can be smart like you @ebado

@ebado -- what happens if I take more than one egg in a day, any effects?!

Egg produces cholesterol, according to health advice, more than one egg is not good for our health because it produces too much of cholesterol in the heart and it causes damages.
