Why are you still creating Ecommerce sites and cab aggregating companies. That's done and in the past!
I keep meeting students thinking in terms of creating the next Flipkart and the next Ola and it beats me.
Why will you try a business model based on technology from 10 years ago?
You are tomorrow's entrepreneurs. So Work on tomorrow's technologies. Work on AI, Blockchain, AR, VR, edge computing and find use cases.
Look for a field where there is only one challenge that is technology. Don't look into a field where there is technology to be built and your business has to fight an entrenched competition.
Also dont get your ideas from newspaper articles.
Go out and talk to existing business owners and spend 6 months finding a problem to solve.
Entrepreneurship is not building a website or an app. It's trying to find the next problem worth solving and solving it.
You don't look into the rear view mirror and drive forward.

also I want to add something - if we starts with a team, then there are much chances for successful if team has a good understanding otherwise it will become a nightmare.

where we can get cheaper but good web developer for startup?
