INTRODUCTION
The hardest thing about having access to health care is not been in control of your medical history or record. In the process of changing medical institution, you are required to to get past medical histories from previous medical center. Here you start going all around to get your data and you might get an incomplete file due to unavailability of your doctor. And without the complete file your current doctor may procure an incomplete healing in your medical situation. Asides the loss of your data either in transition in both hardcopy or soft copy, getting access to these records too can sometimes be an headache. It might require visiting the medical house physically, tracking past medical examiner's thereby wasting previous time and spending lots of money. At the end of the day, you might end up missing your appointment and still left with an incomplete medical record.

Listed on the stateofthedapp data Healthwizz was founded by Raj Sharma. It was built on the Ethereum blockchain solely for the purpose of reducing medical cost and also connecting patients with medical systems that needs medical data for research purposes. It is a decentralised medical space where medical data are saved on users/patients mobile phones by making it secure against cyber hackers. The blockchain does not store this data but make records of each transaction.
HealthWizz realised that the electronic health record (EHR) used by doctors are not secure neither can it be transferred electronically from on3 institution to another without an official request. By doing this, the system offers no incentive nor convenience to patients. This is why healthWizz was established l, in other bridge the gap between patients and their data.

[my screenshot from app]- It is restricted to just a few country. I could not signup because I need some sort of verification code to secure a pass which requires me dropping my phone number. Only 8 countries are entitled to the sign up page. This is a great turnoff for me because as much as I liked the app, I cannot use it in my geo location.
Healthwizz is the future of the medical field and they are doing all they can to make sure of this. No moree pain but gain. Now you can do whatever you want with yur data as you own it.
