Steak at Home
Today, my favorite butcher in Town had a very nice cut of Rib Eye which I decided to buy and prepare for me and a friend. It was free range beef and you could tell it really was because it had a very deep and natural aroma. I pan fried it for a couple of minutes and after the cooking process, I waited for 5 minutes so that the internal juices could sit.
