Sometimes we give others some steem as a reward. Some people arrange contest . If the winner of the contest selected , he give targeted steem as a reward.
When he reward this steem, he need to transaction from his account to other winner account. Its generally process. But when there were many winners in a contest or arranging game , the hold arranger give them in many times. But using #steem-bounty , contest holders can easily give his rewarding amount by clicking his vote.
Shortly steem-bounty process :
I describe this process in only three steps .
1st step : Post an article and get its link .
2nd step : Then go to steem wallet and click transfer option then transfer your selecting amount to #steem-bounty account.
3rd step : Then give your post link as a memo.....Ohh Its done !!!!!!!!!!

I much rather give out SBI shares as prizes than STEEM itself. I do this because it gets people more involved in the blockchain when they have shares, rather than money that they can just cash out straight away. It provides upvotes which can be hard to come by for a lot of smaller accounts and i just like the concept in general.
This however can apply to steem-bounty as well. I have only found it recently but it does make things more interesting and gives people more incentive t use the site.
I wasn't aiming for a bounty, however when I got a notification that I filled one in it made me curious and engage more in the ecosystem, with Dapps like Steemhunt and Steemmonsters and projects like 1up i'm finding interesting in app content through browsing through steemit itself. So yes I would say it is more interesting and effective it's how I found this post.
Hellow @roki112 indeed steem-bounty is a good reward hunting system, because fulfilling its requirements a certain amount is earned amount of money in steemit, has a good system to distribute the reward to the people for that reason its function is to distribute money to those who follow its requirements there is nothing random because this system verifies who distribute by fulfilling their requirements. Lucky, these initiatives are good for users

@steem-bounty can be a reward platform for micro-task research and also for small surveys for entrepreneurs to gather up ideas. With @steem-bounty it is easier o get an idea about how much you are going to earn by being successful as opposed to this mostly gamble newcomers face on STEEM. I think it is the best place for any newcomer to earn a following and grab some rewards without investing a bunch of money into the platform.

I think steem bounty gives you a great alternative to a manual competition and also makes it easier, less admin and a new way to just reward people for genuine and quality interactions. I won't say its superior but it gives you new mechanism to engage with your fellow steemians
Definitely is a more effective way to reward users. The bounty is also paid out automatically so it saves you from doing transfers individually. Its great for readers as they have incentive to engage and also helps us to discover bew and interesting people to follow!
