Leadership and call to duty!
Almost every users on steemit is talking about this New leader, Justinsun, the founder of TRON, who is from China. It will surely happen since investment is at stake here. As this saying goes, where one's treasure is, there, one's heart would be.
Yesterday, the interview of NED and Justinsun left many unanswered questions as both were talking about individual project and what led them into cryptocurrency world. I was on steemit when NED powerdown his steem and left steemit to spearhead EOS in which many users follow his path, then I thought that would be the end of this blockchain as many activities were down which affect the value of steem as at that time till now. I never thought we will see the break light of NED on steemit again, but we still see him anyway with sudden new of collaboration which makes the uncertainty that lies ahead of steem with this recent partnership with TRON remain a pain in the ass. It was yesterday that I first heard of steemit being called company. Maybe I wasn't conversant with the news on the blockchain.
New leader and community
how do witnesses, developers, and content creators respond to this new leadership? Will there be mutual agreement? How are we going to cope with the new token if ever generated? What we happen to our Dapps? What will happen to censorship? Will this platform remain decentralized? These are questions and many more that that are left unanswered.
My opinion, I don't see China or the present leader as a dictator but we never can tell, maybe.
Another question now is, will witness group be of service and support to new leader, Justin, from China. Will they answer to his call? We all know that when we have a new leader there will be a new policy which might not favour the old system we already have.
China was always known for good diplomatic approach. Since our mission is to alleviate poverty then I will say we are in a right hand as far as the new leader is concerned.
