It was going from last five or six months. I had written a post many months ago in which I mentioned the powerdown and transfer of STEEM to exchanges. I had a doubt on that occasion which has happened now.
This time is different to any other time. As far as I could see, Steemit hasn't transferred millions of dollars (almost $8.5 million) like they recently have attempted. This is huge and from what I can see, unprecedented behaviour. We need answers...
