I see residents who come to this office with the spirit to complete their identity as Indonesian citizens who are domiciled in Aceh, especially North Aceh.
Problem
They came from various parts of the entire village in North Aceh.
What is actually done by the community to complete the requirements for obtaining this identity (KTP) Identity Card along with (KK) Family Card. Birth certificate. Health Insurance Card (BPJS).
From the information the residents who came to the office tried to ask questions and they answered.
in fact the terms and conditions are only photo 3x4 and do photo recording accompanied by fingerprinting and filling in some administration prepared by the employee who manages the residents' identity. However, the problem is that we are forced to wait for a long queue. when the queue happens most of the population sometimes has to fail. thus causing us to return tomorrow.
Although we have seen and witnessed what and why the problem (Electricity Identity Card) was carried out by the government to deal with the problem of obtaining (KTP) quickly. but what happens in the service is always hampered so that people are not satisfied with the service.
Indonesian population widely. especially in Aceh, up to now 80% of them have not been / have been obtained (KTP) Even though their data has actually been recorded in population services.
In this case, alternatives have also been made by the population department to visit communities directly to villages to register population data so that the process can be overcome. but this has not been fully realized because of the busyness of the people themselves to make a living in various fields of their business. Then the Population Service also provides mobile cars that directly serve the community for electronic ID cards. but also less successful because people are more likely to come to the Population office in North Aceh.
Why can this happen and how should it be to overcome this ...?
