What are you building?

I'm building a new world. :) Or at least trying to. Who knows what will happen with it. But.. You are familiar with some of it already in the form of the Information Finding Championship contest, and also the Information Finding Channel on discord.

The contest is an idea to try to make a game that is popular that actually helps enrich the world and helps people learn and grow and inspired them to help others as well. As opposed to so much of what we have out there with sports teams that move balls around on fields or where people beat the physical crud out of each other.. Which have their place and I'm not saying they don't.. I just would like to see more constructive games which help people learn more about the world and encourage them to help others as well.. I'd love to some day see stadiums full of people who are trying to make the world a better place, that would be amazing in my opinion!

After the contest we have the Marketplace aspect which allows people to trade P2P anything they want as long as it's not illegal and we don't get involved at all unless it's illegal which hopefully that never happens. If we ever got enough funding we would like to offer a sort of star system like Ebay has where we could reward/award people who do a lot of business, but at the least right now they can develop a trusted reputation through doing that.

Some day hopefully we get our own coin whether an SMT or something else but I think our idea is valuable enough to warrant moving in that direction and if we were ever able to get enough funding I'd like to see even a legit community form in the real world with physical buildings and anarchist sort of communities of freedom minded people gathering together.

Who knows how far this dream will ever go, even if it remains small like it is now I"m happy, but.. This idea is DEEP and I think it could change the world some day if we got the right kind of support. I also think it could help bring a lot of people to steem as well and to crypto in general. I think there's a ton of potential here and I'm curious to see where it goes in time even if it doesn't go very far.. What has happened already in the first season of the contest and the marketplace as well has blown my mind and exceeded my expectations and given me new meaning in life to reach for things I never thought were possible before.. I'm extremely happy with what has already happened and hopefully in time we can do much more. :) Hopefully in time we can be a force that helps do some really positive and good things in the world!
