7 Day Pending Payouts > 125% of Full Payoff
Procedures:
Reply to this notice with your requested amount. I will reply if you have been selected and include a link to a Steemit post outlining the agreement. You will then reply to that post with your acceptance. I will then transfer the principle amount to your Steemit address. Once you have repaid the full amount, I will amend the original post showing that you have upheld the agreement.

what would be the advantage to a steemit member in renting your steem? and would it cover the cost of your interest rate?
The easiest way is to increase your SteemPower quicker than having to wait a week for the payout.
Otherwise, by having the Steem (or SteemPower) in your account, you can use your SBD to promote, rather than converting it to Steem and then Powering Up.
Used correctly, I've been able to get roughly 2 Steem/SBD for every 1 SBD I've used to promote. This should cover the interest rate.
