alot of your $ is in donated steem power from founders, why you got so much i don't know but i have no idea how you can cash that out
I was told one must convert to Bitcoin first. Who knows?
you need to make an exchange account or use blocktrades.
you also need a bitcoin wallet to store the bitcoins in.

you might have a bitcoin atm near you but beware that bitcoin atm's usually have high fees.
