Steem Not Being Used by Users!
Attention Steem!
Start using it. The users of the blockchain are not using the features. So many accounts are not up voting nearly enough and some not at all. I think the recharge rates of accounts should be used to up vote everyday, because you are just going to get them back the next day! Check yours here https://steemd.com by looking up your username and finding the recharge rate in the Resource Credits box on the left. If you are not using it to up vote others on steem you are failing us all and yourself. For steem to grow it needs more distribution. So do your part and use those credits to grow this network. You can start with 100% up voting this post and I will see all of you on the moon.

Thank you for your comment, but I just looked and have done more than 10 up votes today so idk if this is correct. Also I see you are giving all your power away. Why are you doing this instead of just up voting people yourself and getting the reward directly?
