STEEM - Break Out is here

So yesterday I was saying you that the move doesn't look enough powerfull to continue to drop and that we should have very soon at least a UP break Out. However, that Break Out was not powerfull enough to break the resistance line at 0.31$ We are currently blocked by that line and if we are not able to break it in the coming hours, it will stop the Up trend.

So I was thinking about apps like LIT/PiePie and Steem and thought it would be cool is they partnered with one of the Ad blockchains to put Ads on the web app and then used the Ad revenue to promote the platform and buy back Steem at market rates.

The problem is that the ads settings are up to STEEMIT which is a privated company just using the STEEM blockchain. So not sure they care really of our opinion, even they try to have better communication since months now.
Looks like there is some volume behind the recent increase in price but I think we will need a larger spike in volume to break the resistance line. If that line gets broken on high volume it would indicate at least a short term bullish price movement.
