[Steem talk] Taking a step back

I've been trying to claim my token the whole morning, and until now I still hasn't been able to do so. As I looked at my watch, it already passed my posting time. I checked in the steem-engine, it seems all condensers are down at the moment.

OMG! What am I going to do? What about my coins? What happen to the post that is supposed to payout during this hours? Will they got loss in the air? Can I claim them back? Worst is, if j don't post now, which means I am delaying my curation time, and tomorrow I am going to get my community vote even later because they need to be 24 hours apart. Mind you some of the initiative only allow their users to use their promotion every 36 hours.

Why am I worried? That's because I have all my alts pointing to my main account here on this blog. Whenever I make a post, those accounts will vote me and I shall get a coin from the amount I have vested in those alts! Why do I need to have so many alts pointing to my main? That's because I wanna preserve voting power on my main account so I can vote steem for other people. Now, the billion dollar question, what kind of dignity I'm talking to myself when I does that. What is the difference compare to the guy who masturbate all the time? Well again, what's wrong with masturbation? Nothing wrong on that, but I can no longer saying out loud that I'm trying to preserve my voting power to support other people. In the end, I'm just doing it this way, so I don't use my own account to self upvote, deep in my heart I know I'm self upvoting with my alts.

Like it or not, for the past few weeks ever since I started to use my first alts to stake with #sct, followed by #pal #sports #zzan and now #leo, so many coins in my alts they can no longer go and upvote their respective follower of those account. You see, not everyone are using the same tag allows you to vote them with those coins that you've stake. If you vote, meaning it will drain the VP at steem level, but that user you're voted had very little effect to their post payout if you do not have a substantial about of SP.

At times, I found myself running out of place to put tags. I had ditched my local community #teammalaysia just to make room for other condenser. I ask myself, what if my community start to issue their own coin, community vote is no longer free and become subscription service?

Ladies and gentlemen. It all comes back to #steem. It's not like after these few weeks I got richer… OK may be a little richer. At least some of the airdrops are free. The amount of time spent, waiting from one initiative to curate after another, sometimes I missed a day posting just because of the curation criteria and I do no wish to miss a perfectly good piece from the upvote, and in the end I was the one who suffering from all these worries.

I could just make a post, base on my minimum requirement. I could just miss the condenser coins and make a post at steem level. As long as I don't get flag, I'm still getting some steem back. So I thought why would I struggle for all of those? Everything were normal and less tired and less busy before all these new condenser being introduced. Does this mean in future if we start a community we need to print our own coins? I will leave that to you.
