No, but ideally, we don't want SteemEngine to be decentralized right now, because if it was, then bad actors would move in and exploit the platform before it could even get off the ground.
The ultimate play for SteemEngine and PAL to make is to control the platform with an iron fist and then begin to decentralize after the community they created can be trusted with more power.
Well lets hope power doesn't corrupt..Yah I have noticed there isn't as much spam.

That's really the beauty of new systems like this. You can't sell them out at the start because they aren't worth anything, and you can't sell them out later because they get decentralized. You can really say the exact thing about any project, even Bitcoin.
