how do you get delegations?
either you just ask someone or go through minnowbooster, any other way anyone know?
I've heard of someone buying a delegation but that was a while ago. I can't imagine anyone just giving me one but perhaps I need to visualize that.
yes, usually one has to pay but once in a while someone just gifts it like @fulltimegeek did which was really generous and helped me and many other out a lot!! :)
