We are lucky enough to wake up everyday, that means that in every sunshine we reborn in someway...
But many of us are not even aware about the power we have in our mind and body, and the magnitude of success we can get if we take a different action during the day; the routine is something that catch you slowly but once you're involved... It's really difficult to get out of it.
The beauty of life is that everysecond it changes, and what were in the past... Won't be more in the future. As life goes we have to flow with it and try to change the things we usually do

Have five minutes of silence to focus on yourself
See the colours of the trees and flowers around city

Those are small steps that really make a difference, and difference is what we need to stay living our lives and not losing a second of our own masterpiece.

Te respondo en español porque entiendo ingles pero no lo escribo. Es importante lo que dices, son esos pequeños momentos cuando salimos de la rutina y nos detenemos a ver lo que nos rodea o sentir lo que estamos sintiendo, los que nos reconectan con nosotros mismos, que nos recuerdan lo hermosa que puede ser la vida.
