Flag on the other hand is the opposite of upvote, users click on this when they do not agree to an authors post. By flagging a post, it reduces it's visibility to other users on the steemit community.

The flag feature is to be employed if a post is plagiarized or contains spam content or contents that are not suitable for the STEEMIT community. However, users must be careful in using this feature, as a wrong use may result in loss of reputation.

This can be likened to the share button. It enables user to share the post of other authors to their blog.

Reply

This allows for interaction with users on the platform. It allows other users to comment on a blogpost and get to interact 1 on 1 with the author of the post.

Editor Box

Here authors can prepare their posts and edit it before posting. It has an automatic save feature, that saves the author write-up spontaneously as he types it. It also has an allocation for authors to attach tags that are peculiar to their blog topic, so as to reach a more specific audience.
