How can one grow once steem accounts?

Have tried to watch and study how best to grow ones steem accounts, become popular and known and i got to know that you have to really work hard on your posts and hope it get peoples attention, there is this thing about selling yourself, you must have a target audience and you have to sell what these people want.
I have learnt that people will rather spend on an experience that brings joy, an experience that will live long in their minds. we as humans have these mental filters with which we examine the world, i learnt that if am to capture your attention my post have to be what people need in their life, maybe some motivation, some entertainments or even something about how to make money, because money has been the thing people think about on a daily basis am very sure the question that keeps coming to mind is how do i earn more money? That question is what is in most people subconcious and that is what brings about the different innovations we have these days. There is that constant will to grow bigger and that will has been my main reason for observing how things are being run here, and i havent been able to make much of a progress because have been busy with school work for a long period of time it seems am about to become free and i hope that i can utilise my free period in growing my steem account. If we really want to make a difference and make progress we must have answers to things people dont know, something that answers the unanswered questions that we have got in our souls. Things we have been inquisitive about for so long and we have been trying to know and i hope i can get to connect and meet people, because connection is the real deal for making progress in anything we do.
In the words of leo christopher, "vilnerability is the essence of connection and connection is the essence of existence. If one has to succeed in life, one must make connection because it the only thing that determines success.
