I am an old Steem user. I know there were tools to profit from when the price of SBD is above or below $1, those were tools to make the price stable, so it would inflate and reduce the price by printing when above $1, and incentivize burning when below $1, but how does that work?

I have been away for so long that I forgot what it is or how it works, but I know there are on-chain tools for that. I have just checked and now SBD is priced at $7, what do we do and what are the tools and mechanism to "print" and reduce the price?
