The promo videos are directed by you, the steemit bloggers and the steemit witnesses. You could send the promo videos to all your followers and when the witnesses and or investors need material or ideas for a campaign to promote steemit, they could grab the material here and or request size changes to fit their intended budget of their elections campaign.
