The pressure of the tires is an important variable in the life of the same and the good operation.
The nominal value that the pressure should have is indicated on the tires and on the label located on the pillar of the left front door, exactly under the door lock receiver.

It is important to know that tires get hot when they are on the road, and more to long distances and high temperatures, and a pressure below the tolerance can affect its operation causing it to break.
At lower pressure the tire temperature increases, infrared photographs of tires tested at high speed, the heat that produces damage increases when the pressure drops.

For example, a tire with a nominal value of 30 psi, its tolerance should be +/- 2 psi, that is, a minimum value of 28 psi and a maximum value of 32 psi.
Values ​​above or below the tolerance in addition to reducing the useful life of the tire could also affect the safety of the user; In this image below I found on the Internet you can see the shape that would take the rubber very low or very high pressure, which would also dramatically affect the contact surface between the tire and the floor, and consequently an accident during sudden braking.

Other factors to take in when you check the pressure of the tires is first, that you do not have a lot of time driving on the road to extreme temperatures since the reading will not be reliable, the second factor is that the equipment with which you measure the pressure is in optimal conditions and calibrated; if you can check the pressure of the tires in a specialized center it is advisable; I can advise you to check the pressure with two different instruments or equipment and compare readings (you can go to two service stations).
I have the example of a co-worker who assembled 4 new tires in a non-specialized tires, it did not take long for two of the tires to explode, he checked the pressure of the two remaining tires and had more than 10 psi of pressure above what is specified
Other points no less important at the time of air filling or assembly of tires are the following:

-Check to check the area between the wheel and rubber after assembling them to verify possible leakage (water and soap).
