Bitcoin just went above $8000. The last time it did seems like a long long time ago. But I have no idea what caused it and what might happen in the near future. Alts coins are following the rise too, except for our dear Steem...
Why why why, dear Steem, you are still so low.
I acquired some Tron for the Steemmonsters Seedgerminator campaign recently. After spending most of them on the crowd funding packages, I wasted the remaining Tron on a few online casinos. After trying those casino sites, I was deeply impressed. They were well done, beautiful, fast, and using TRX means smooth and quick transactions.
Looking back at some of our gambling sites on Steem, such as Kryptogames or magicdice, those really look like child's play.
Also tried out some Tron Exchange and were equally impressed with them. Our very own steem-engine looks and feels like a student's project, when compared to those.
I guess this is why Tron is a Top 10 coin while Steem is outside of 50.
Anyway, if Bitcoin continues it uptrend, I am certain Steem will follow too. Time to be more active in posting and accumulate more Steem.
