Who do you consider as a most relevant person when it comes to steem?

Everyone is relevant in his or her own way.

But for someone whom I consider relevant, he must be someone who is very valuable in testing of the Steem he possesses.

Apart from having large amounts of Steem, he must be willing to support me or any other person. Someone who has a large amount of Steem and would rather hoard it is irrelevant.

Someone who posts valuable contents, not to the benefit or satisfaction of his own self but to the benefit of others. If your posts and contents are geared towards the growth of mankind, then you are relevant.
