Many people out of desperation to live abroad go into contract marriage where there is no love¬hing long lasting binding them. Marriage is meant to be sacred but we have made it accursed. I got so burdened about this few days ago but was reminded that Alot of us have turned our covenant marriages into contracts. Contract asks -whats in it for me? /Covenant-What can I give to make it work? Contract-Searches for seemingly better opportunities,/Covenant-Is satisfied&fulfilled always. Contract-functionality of law,Covenant- functionality of grace.Contract--Termination date&quit &quick notice /Covenant-For Life.Contract-can move on anytime& anyday depending on the current condition, /Covenant-Will stick through thick&thing ,Covenant in it for a long time. Contract-sees reasons to quit,/Covenant -sees reason to continue. Contract is man centered,Covenant-God centered.Contract-in it for self,/Covenant -in it for God& the other person.Contract-gold digger /Covenant-Brings resources to make it work.Contract-use&dump,/Covenant-empower&add value. Contract-looks for greener pastures,no faithfulenss /Covenant-faithful&loyal forever.To be continued #marriageworks
