Rinse & Repeat
After my first ride in three months yesterday i decided to go again today, body felt good so i thought why not.
Todays weather is a couple of degrees warmer than yesterday, however we have a decent cloud cover until it is supposed to come out sunny this afternoon.
Todays ride was another good one and who knows maybe tomorrow i will make it three in a row :)
Did my ride today 1 minute quicker than yesterday which i suppose it some progress LOL.
After getting home and having a nice hot shower i decided i would have a smoothie after my ride.
In todays smoothie i had the following ingredients, 🍌🥝🍓baby beetroot and blueberry Greek yoghurt.
I have been getting into Coconut water lately so i chucked some of that in as well plus some pistachio nuts.
My Smoothie turned out very yummy and i think it would be very healthy as well.
Apart from a couple of 20 minute walks later this after noon i have done my fitness for the day.
