Good post, a little nit though that I feel I need to pick:
Probably shouldn't be using SP in the treshold listing if you are going to list it like 'between 50,000 SP and 499,999 SP'. Saying 'between approximately 50,000 and 500,000' is accurate enough, but the list of nines gives false accuracy that is simply not correct.
Basically, use VESTS to denote the tresholds and be accurate, or use SP, be more clear to most users, but forgo on the false accuracy,
The VEST to SP ratio, though quite stable at the moment, isn't exactly a constant, so you couldn' t be accurate with SP even if you tried. A few minutes ago 100 MVEST equated 492,904.3 SP, now, only minutes later it is 492,904.4 SP. So even if you managed to accurately list the SP based upper treshold for an Orca down to the last SP, chances are that within hours if not minutes it would no longer be accurate.
Thanks for pointing out the difference. I wanted to keep things simple, but didn't realize I may be creating false expectations of accuracy, when they shouldn't be. I updated the post to be less "precise", but kept the SP language.
