Alright, made it back home in time to finish my listening sessions for the week and here I am putting this post together before calling it a day!

I know exactly how this happened. Diana was sitting there thinking, how can I blow somebody's brain with this entry? What is a hard song to sing I can try? And through this method landed on this idea. I had to go listen to the original and yes, Diana added a lot of flare to it holding those notes with that much power. Anyways, had to place it first, just had to.

Second Place.-

I first heard the song, and mistakenly thought it was a run of the mill love song, and then it clicked. They are talking about butts, about a specific beautiful butt. So, I had to listen attentively and found myself jamming along and laughing. That says it all...

Third Place.-

So, this particular composition has that thing, that thing that you can't really describe too well. You think you know it, you think you love this song because its so good, but you can't place the film that you heard it in; that!. I've found myself listening three times over right now. I freaking love it.

Fourth Place.-

This was a beautiful performance. I was not familiar with the song, but I truly don't need to go look it up, to appreciate how well the interpretation was. Excellent vocal control, nothing more to say. Big thumbs up here!

Fifth Place.-

I found myself bobbing my head to this rhythm and truly enjoying the energy of this performance. Not hard to imagine a full blown party going on if you just close your eyes. Ylich is the party master!!!

In the end of the day the judges are just as human, as flawed and beautiful as everyone else on this planet. The ethos of this contest, of this community, is simply for us to have special place to share our passion for music, for us to laugh together, to cry together and explore emotions that everyday life seems to neglect in one way or another.
