Are you ready to be a part of it? Damn sure you can't miss an opportunity to make money from not just your steem power but also your bandwidth.
In simple terms, Bandwidth is the permission to use the blockchain for transactions eg posting, voting, flagging etcz. Bandwidth is like a cool down period to reduce the load on the blockchain.
Without bandwidth, you really can't do all these listed above. Default setting on steem blockchain is that your bandwidth is determined by the size of your sp. The more sp the more bandwidth.
Newbies who have low sp may have had an experience where they were asked to power up or buy steem just to continue using the blockchain.
Good news is that you can buy bandwidth directly and earn bandwidth credits which should be an SMT. it's gonna be amazing as there is one more route to earn on the STeem blockchain! Watch out for it soon...
