Given the concept of being a social network, those that choose the speak are rather passionate about their opinions and that comes off a little rough sometimes. When we are discussing changes regarding the distribution of financial rewards, these passions will become more exaggerated due to the human nature of protecting their financial wellbeing. So, in theory, when we discuss alternatives, our opinions are almost always a conflict of interest that impacts our ability to negotiate. However, we short no focus on the shortsightedness of tomorrow but rather the long term value being created bu the community.
