Monetary sovereignty is what led me to cryptocurrencies in general and is a great feature we have here as well. The fact is we need to ensure ot develops into a broad ecosystem with overlaps into the tangible economy as well. That will create great value for the protocol. This is why Bittrex potential listing Steem with a USD pairing is very encouraging.

I am hoping that there are going to be an increasing amount of normal business developing on blockchain tech that all the tokens can leverage, including Steem.
