According to their email citizens of some countries might be affected by that.
I guess you live in a country that no further verification is required. What is your tier there really?
I'm only on tier 1 for kraken. I just use it to bring in fiat and then move my buys to a different exchange. I'm hoping it gets STEEM at some stage as that would make it really easy to sell some when the price is higher.
