Simple Drop Back...

Drop backs are beautiful and also good for the body, it massages the waist and it also flattens the stomach.
It gently opens the heart by stretching the shoulders and neck.
Everybody can practice dropbacks.

If you are a beginner use the wall to support yourself until you can stand on your own.

Step To Practice Drop Backs

1.Open up your chest and gently lean backwards.

2.Leaning backwards extend both hands, interlink your fingers behind you to get a deeper stretch!

3.slightly bend your knees, use your hands to support yourself and try to reach the ground.

4.Bend all the way down, drop your head and adjust yourself in your dropback position...

As simple as that...
