Wirex has been working well for me so far. They are UK based but they have virtual and real VISA crypto debit cards that works worldwide. They have multiple currencies, not just Bitcoin. Hopefully will enable Steem as well soon. We have submitted proposal to them and they have said they will keep this in mind.

    Ah, Wirex...I'll have a look and see if that would work here in Australia. Can't see why it wouldn't. Thanks for the heads up.
