I actually start to understand your very standpoint.
My point is, if all of this was already in place, your startup experience here would have been very different and much, much easier and better. It takes time to develop things in a decentralized environemnt, especially when there is value involved.
Yes, that makes sense. Reading the plans for HF21 makes me wonder if that can happen before 2020.
It is difficult to put Hardforks too often because the exchanges need to prepare for them also and since Steem is low-volume at the moment, that can annoy them. However, the development needed seems to be on track for October-ish so who knows.
