Why there are thousands of existing steem accounts with no single post?

Because during on early stage of steemit and its blockchain, creating accounts is very easy and handy. You only need an email and a cellphone number to get one. Plus, those accounts have free steem power for start up where you can later power down and convert it into tokens. That's why we have so much inactive accounts in steem blockchain. Early adopters were taking advantage of those previous protocol and features. There was a certain steemian who created 3k accounts with 3 steems available.on each given by steem. Hilarious!
According to my point of view all those inactive steem accounts which are not used for a long time should be permanantly blocked or deleted.
