who said this and based on what?
steem vs btc is the only metric I care to look at. vs USD is just a derivative of the BTC pair. Steem value correlates pretty closely to the Alexa rankings, imo.
A lot of so called "experts" did. Based on the traditional rise there is in the crypto market after the consensus.
