Welcome, this is our third weekly report and we are happy to say we are progressing gracefully. Post of daily news updates have been daily since the launching of the community so that members will be carried along with the development and progress of the community daily and that is why we encouraged members to read our daily post so that they catch up with everything that is happening in the community.

The Contest

We are very happy to say the contest has come and gone and we got winners. Though we had expected more participants but we are glad to have members that took part in it. We thank our first judge @definethedollar for been very fair and unbiased in taking his decision.

Prize Winner

2nd prize – 2 Steem - @crypt-skip

3rd prize – 1 Steem - Nil

Admin donated 6 Steem in addition to what we had as Steem balance we have paid the winners and the judge. Total cost was 7 Steem.

The next contest will be announced when the 4th weekly report is posted and winners will be announced when the 5th weekly report is posted, this will give members enough time to participate in the contest. So we call on judge @emergehealthier to be ready when we call on her. Thanks.

Future Contest Prize

Member @mariannewest has suggested that we use Steem Basic Income (SBI) to reward winner of our contest as this will add more value to the system. We accept this suggestion as it will also be of benefit to the community too. In addition to SBI, we may also use Upvotes in future reward system, because as we are growing so will the value of our upvote also grow. Thanks @mariannewest for the suggestion and thanks also to @definethedollar for seconding it. You are both appreciated.

Membership Upgrade – Something You Need To Consider

We have less than ONE WEEK to the end of the early bird boosted upvote gift after which everyone will be returned to their normal membership upvote level. This is the time for you to build up and upgrade your SP delegation so you won’t suffer massive upvote decline when the free gift ends.

Some members have been kind enough to upgrade their membership by delegating additional SP to their current delegated SP. This is really helping to grow the community SP which in turn grows the value of our upvotes.

Membership SP delegation will help reduced our reliance on leasing SP. Help us grow this community to encourage the content creators that are poorly rewarded through the upvote value they receive. So we need the big time delegators to join us and also reap the benefits available for all members.

Members Weekly Rewards

We were supposed to sharing 30% of the rewards from Steem and SBD curation + authors rewards today but we are sorry we have to differ that till next week mainly because we have only $2.55 SBD to share which is small. Admin is looking at making the curation reward a bi monthly (2 times a month) thing instead of weekly until our revenue grows to such a sustainable level that we can make it weekly even without promoting out post through bid bots. In addition to that admin will be sponsoring the promotion of some of our post in the days ahead.

We are making sacrifices because we believe in the future of this community, we know it will take some time before everything becomes near perfect and we are ready for the challenges ahead. For this reason we are encouraged to upvote, resteem and mention our community as that is also a great way of marketing our community and getting new members.

Other ways we can lease more SP or promote our post is when we have sponsors that donate to us. As usual, the community will be informed of such donations no matter how small they are because little drops of water makes a mighty ocean so nothing is considered small.

Membership @upvotebuilders is by DELEGATION ONLY, it is not a paid for community. If you want to sponsor the community you can freely delegate SP to us and specify that it is for sponsorship or you can send us Steem/SBD to lease more SP. Our sponsors don’t receive upvotes from the community account except they specifically want to be a member and also sponsor the community in the way they feel best for them.

To join just delegate SP to @upvotebuilders based on the membership level you want to belong to according to the chart below:

Level 1: 10 - 49 SP delegation - 2% voting weight
Level 2: 50 - 99 SP delegation - 5% voting weight
Level 3: 100 - 249 SP delegation - 10% voting weight
Level 4: 250 - 499 SP delegation - 20% voting weight
Level 5: 500 - 999 SP delegation - 30% voting weight
Level 6: 1,000 – 2,499 SP delegation - 45% voting weight
Level 7: 2,500 – 4,999 SP delegation - 60% voting weight
Level 8: 5,000 – 7,499 SP delegation - 70% voting weight
Level 9: 7,500 – 9,999 SP delegation - 85% voting weight

All membership delegation levels will receive one upvote daily (every 24 hours) this is to curtail abuse of the system. You can always increase, decrease or undelegate to @upvotebuilders at any time and we will adjust your voting weight accordingly.

How To Delegate @upvotebuilders

Goto https://steembottracker.com/bottracker.html,

• Click on "Tools" and then "Delegation Manager".

• Enter your username without "@" symbol as Delegator name.

• Click on "Load" button.

• Write "upvotebuilders" as Delegatee name.

• Enter amount as Steem Power.

• Click on "Delegate!" button.

• Steemconnect page will open and now you should click on "Continue" button to approve delegation.

You can also undelegate using this method by changing the delegation value to 0. Thank you.
