6 tips to stop worrying so much

We care for those things ,animals or people that we love.Humans beings are not the only one who care for their own as animals are not devoid of this emotion.they also take care of their loved once as shown in the myriad of ways.

Humans have a lot they care and ,therefore worry about.A person might care for his/her loved ones wealth,status ,possessions etc.This sometimes create problems.Worrying too much counter productive and herein are ways of combating it.

1-UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE MORTAL.

Most of the things that we care about;our houses ,cars,jewellery etc,are all material and inanimate.They have no life and we should guard against giving them an inordinate amount of time attend and care.I am not asking that we are careless with them but we need to understand that they all can be gone.We should understand that we would be gone one day and those item would not go with us.

2-BE PICKY AND DELIBERATE.

We sometimes concern ourselves with things that are either non of our business,our of our control or both.Their is a need to pick those things we would worry about and leave the rest to fate or destiny or life.
No one can be in absolute control of happenings of his/her life.Try to do is a recipe for disaster and pain.

Do your best and rest knowing you gave things you best shot.On top of this ,mind your own business. Yes mind your business.

3-LIVE IN THE PRESENT

As much as you can live in the present.Do not keep worrying about future ,as you look to build good future for you and yours,you forget to enjoy the present.Try to compartmentalize .Put each bit of time in its place.Let the past reside in the past,and the future in the future.

The future is dependent on the present putting the right foot forward,going through the process and the host of other things.So live in the present as you try to regulate your past and look to have a bright future.

Make moment count.Create your Kodak memories and you go along.Stop worrying what ifs and the maybes that you cannot control.

4-STOP THE I WILL BE HAPPY WHEN ......THOUGHTS

We spend half of our life planning for what holds barred,fun-filled day.But that day usually never come because we keep postponing it for no reason or the other.We care so much about having everything in place.We tell our self that time is not right for the breather.
That we will be happy when so-so things will be in place.Thing about this is their is always something else to chase and worry about.

5-WILL IT MATTER A FEW YEARS FROM NOW?

When you find your self giving to much thoughts or worrying a lot about something,give it the time test.Ask yourself that if it really matter the next moment.day month or a few years down the line.
This would help you keep the track that what is important and what is not.

6-DONT FEAR REJECTIONS.

Life comes with failures,Take them in stride and move in. Dont get stuck because you felt rejected .Donot worry about the reaction or if you would be rejected.Do it and see what would happen.Fortune favors the brave and bravery is not the absence of fear,it is doing in spite of the fear.
