Economy and Freedom, that's how I see steemit! So if I were to become the CEO of steemit, I would love to focus and support the two major factors/types of economy on steemit built by distinctively important people that I think were powering and fueling and giving valuation in the system. And to some contributor that promotes freedom and decentralization, taking away the feeling of being regulated, pushed, and abused.
Economy of Money/Stake/Investment- Investing is believing, that's more on steemit that what they perceived as 'gambling or risking' your treasures onto a platform full of discrepancies. There are more good than bad as what I saw, and for believers and stake holders, they believe that the platform will soon own the mainstream of social media. Witnesses maybe the backbone of steemit and it will lead to disablement if witnesses lost the faith theyre holding but stake holders and investors gave most of the rewards and value on every content creators in exchange for their stakes and investments. The value theyre putting into will be the same value I will shower upon on them.
Economy of Attention - This is for content creators who are so enthusiastically motivated to give and get the attention they produced/wanted. From minnows to dolphins to whales and from tiny to larger communities building up relations and connections with each other, they're just simply the raw materials of steemit fueled by trust and faith by the investors and curators in producing the quality and quantity of content creations. The value they get is twice the value I gave to the investors/stakeholders.
Freedom - As what it was stated in the first paragraph, 'contributors that promotes freedom'. These are contributors, content creators, people and communities that embarked their time and dedication in fulfilling goals to free-will. Telling us that there more than what we are experiencing now, decentralization, transparency, innovation, breaking barries and boundaries and many more. The value they will earn will be the same value I put in myself and to steemit as the CEO. They will not have the chance to maximize their full potential as game changers if Steemit doesn't exist at all.

Marketing; Steemit Inc. is not a corporation and therefore just a representative for the Steemit Community. That means I would take care of good visability to the public and communication to everyone like Developer, User and Social Media Influencers to boost the Steemit Plattform.
Technology; I would take care that the Steemit Plattform attracts good open source Developers and support them with our own investment budgets for example Utopian.io
Vision: I probably could have also put this one on the top but I think a major work is to create a Vision for the Steemit plattform how it could evolve in the future.
If I were the Steemit CEO I would value the most such things:
People of Steemit who give their time here on Steemit: without the people of Steemit there is no such platform.
2)BlockChain, because without this technology there is no cryptocurrency.
Friendship among people who spend time together on Steemit.

If I were the Steemit CEO the three things that I would value the most would be People(Steemians, Investors and Witnesses), Blockchain and camaraderie.
First is why People, my first priority would be the people the people of Steemit who have trusted my platform and give their outmost of time here on Steemit especially investors and Witnesses who gave their full of trust. Because without the people of Steemit this platform won't last long running.
Second is the BlockChain without the creation of this technology there will be no cryptocurrency since this serves as the bloodstream of Steemit and other digital currencies around the globe as of now.
Lastly is camaraderie mutual trust and friendship among people who spend a lot of time together in this platform is the key for success we must be united and must build companionship and comradeship among others in the platform

Abundance! - An Abundance of Rewards for all creators and curators
